This is our first dish we cooked in Commercial Cooking of Calamba Manpower Development Center.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 pc Knorr Cubes
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Oil
1 kilo Round Steak
1 clove Garlic (minced)
2 Small pieces White Onion (peeled and cut into six wedges)
2 pieces Green Bell pepper (Cut into thin long strips)
2 pieces Red Bell pepper (Cut into thin long strips)
5 pieces Tomato (cut into 8 wedges)
1 Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ginger root (minced)
¼ Tablespoon Oyster SauceProcedure:
- Marinate the meat with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper for about 30 minutes.
- Stir-fry the garlic and meat for about 2 minutes then remove from the wok.
- Separate the sauce of the meat then add the cornstarch. Set aside.
- Stir-fry the onion, tomato, ginger and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes, and then add the meat.
- Add the sauce with cornstarch and knorr cubes, then stir-fry until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve hot.
